AJM Packaging Corporation, a leading manufacturer of converted paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls, and bags, is currently seeking a Sr. Recruiter exempt level recruiter with Consumer Goods manufacturing experience to grow its operation. 

 

As an essential member of our talent acquisition, this individual will collaborate with senior leadership within AJM and with industry leaders to network and attract key talent to our organization. 

 

• Partner with leadership to manage the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and retaining great employees.
• Collaborate with the business to establish position requirements and hiring objectives to build out technical/functional capabilities.
• Creative and Strategic talent pipeline sourcing: Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, niche affiliations, etc., while focusing heavily on brand management and consistency.
• Develop Candidates - screen candidate resumes and job applications - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods, including behavioral interviewing, to filter candidates within schedule.
• Utilize iCims to build the AJM Talent Pool.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Communications, or another related field. 
• 7+ years recruitment experience in Consumer Goods Manufacturing.
• Candidate Sourcing Experience including Boolean Search, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to respond to business needs during non-business hours.
